While out hiking with Rocket, I often look for interesting photo opportunities. Some of the best backgrounds we have found were located on the Tuscarawas River in Ohio. Graffiti, rusting barrels, and faded doors make some of the best backdrops. With Rocket’s tough boy attitude, it seems a fitting scenario! This wall of graffiti was found on a bridge abutment near the Tuscarawas River in small town Ohio.

Another ghetto scene was found on a short nature trail along the Tuscarawas River. Cleanup of the area was not complete, so we took advantage of posing Rocket amongst the rusting barrels.

The backdrop for this “Ghetto” photo was actually a roll up door at the Dover Dam on the Tuscarawas River. The dam is actually very nice and well maintained, but the roll up door had become faded.

We stumbled upon this scene on the same nature trail as the barrels. Apparently, the tombstones were props for a haunted trail and left in the area of the newly constructed trail.

A more “urban” hike brought us to a quaint small town positioned along the Tuscarawas River. Concrete abutments and structures were left standing where there was once a bridge.

Rocket might model the role of “Ghetto Dog” like a natural, but really, he has become a well-behaved pup!
What awesome pictures!! Rocket done a great job modeling.
Thank you! He does seem to like to model!
